This opportunity is with a leading internet company.  Job Description:  - Handle International Markets (USA and Canada specifically) to promote the Online education Solutions  - Leading and driving a team of highly motivated Sales Executives and ensuring target achievement and business scale up on an ongoing basis.  - Responsible at individual and team level for direct sales to Universities and institutes in the region by doing extensive research on the net (education-Sites / Google)  - Making outbound calls, thereby creating a database of International clients.  - Understanding and assessing client requirements, proposal and presentation sharing with clients and customizing solutions using technology based platforms ie: skype, gotomeeting.com.  - Constantly achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, work for business growth.  - Set up processes and effectively manage, hire, train and retain resources.   Desired Profile:  - Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.  - Basic knowledge of computer's & MS Office.  - Strong selling and negotiation skills a must  - People who are open to work in Night Shift timings are preferred (5.00 pm to 2.00 am)  - Preference to own conveyance for ppl especially staying far away from Noida  - One way conveyance (Drop-off only) can be provided to candidates without own conveyance  - Candidates with a zeal to make it big in sales & marketing jobs need only apply.
