- Lead assignments including developing audit project plans, allocating resources and leading staff members; maintaining strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients; scheduling and conducting key client meetings and playing an active role in development and roll-out of training initiatives.

- Key activitites include risk Assessment to finalize the internal audit plan, perform process reviews and audit of major processes, communicated audit findings and recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness of the company’s internal controls to business unit management and audit committee members.

Hands on experience in various processes for SOX compliance, such as project management, Sox project planning, documentation of risks and controls, developing test scripts, testing of risks and controls.
