Business development focus: (more important)
- Work with account teams to understand industry and client context and prioritize offerings
- Work with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate into data, technology, process and people capability requirements
- Bring the best of Accenture Analytics (Offerings / PoVs / Credentials / Experts / Assets) to clients
- Help account teams structure and deliver presentations to the client describing our analytics capabilities and how we can help the client improve business performance
- Articulate analytical methods and approach to client people well versed with analytical methods
Delivery focus:
- Lead analytics engagements to create new insights from predictive statistical modeling activities that target and deliver value to our clients
- Translate business challenges and issues into ‘analytics problems’ and interpret analytics and generate ‘insights’ for business
- Advice clients on change management required to embed insights from analytics into decision making
- Support clients on the journey to develop in-house predictive analytics capabilities and integrate the business value of predictive analytics into the fabric of business decision making
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications (list in order of priority):
- 10+ years of relevant management consulting experience, industry experience and/or predictive analytic industry experience
- 4+ years of experience in using advanced statistics software (such as SAS / SPSS / R) and modeling techniques
Educational Requirements:
- PhD or Master’s Degree from Tier 1 institution in quantitative field (Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Computer Science with emphasis in Statistics or Bachelor degree in quantitative field with MBA from Tier 1 institution
