Their Sales Offices are located at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Tirupur and service a large, ever-growing client base comprising the who’s who of Indian and global giants from their Plants located in the West at Daman, in the North at Nalagarh and in the South at Bangalore.   Our Client caters to market segments across Foods, Beverages, Personal Care, Home Care, Health & Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, Agro-sector and others The provide solutions for Labels, Laminates, Specialty Flexibles and General Flexibles verticals.   Job Relationships:  Reporting to: Head -Supply Chain  Role & Responsibilities  - Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organisational development  - Development of HR Policies and its documentation  - Manpower planning which includes evolving new organisation structure and identification of vacancies  - Recruitment and staffing  - Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect to ESI / PF authorities, Government Labour Officer, etc.  - Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health  Qualification & Experience:  - MBA / PGD in Personnel Management /HR / IR from reputed institute  - 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization with hands on experience in HR, IR and Administration,   Location: Daman   Compensation: On par with the industry standards  Note - Employee in this role is expected to visit corporate office based in Thane once a week.
