- Knowledge of F&A solution development, F&A BPO RFP submission procedures.

- Supporting Pre sales / BD teams on RFP submission.

- Target oriented and ability to work in high pressure / high stress environment.

- End to End knowledge of F&A service areas

- Functional Bid Support to BD / Pre sales on responding to RFPs / RFIs on Proposal development.

- Development of End to End F&A service collaterals

- Managing F&A Presentations to prospective clients during client visits

- F&A Capability assessment & Due Diligence

- Act as F&A solution architect & design F&A solutions for proposals in scope

- Financial Analysis of Annual report of companies for proposal development

- Provide F&A trainings to Marketing / Other Support groups
