Manager/Sr Manager - Business Transformation/Process Re-engineering - BPO

Job Description :

- Lead strategic projects and govern their progress

- Gap analysis and root cause analysis using various quality tools

- Process re-engineering projects

- Stakeholder Management

- Strong Power Point and MS excel skills

- Support critical reports for customer updates

Desired Candidate Profile:

- The candidate must be at least a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified

- 8-10 years of experience for a Manager level; 10-12 years for a Sr. Manager level

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specially Excel

- Mini tab or similar tool knowledge

- Strong analytical and research skills
