Urgent job as Manager / Sr. Manager- Analytics with the leading bank  Key Responsibilities :  Knowledge of SAS is a must .  Business Analysis: Designing and simulated the impact of a new charging structure for cash transactions and balance non maintenance charges;   - Transfer Pricing Model: Building predictive/ statistical model to revise the transfer pricing on retail term deposits between retail liabilities and treasury departments;   - Portfolio Quality Analysis: Analyzing the CASA channel and identified key problem areas;  Designing a few key metrics to be tracked and shared on monthly basis with the sales regional heads to improve the sourcing quality of channel.  - Dashboard Design and Automation: Designing business review dashboards for senior leadership including MD/CEO to track the performance of ATM channel; Developing SAS Macro modules to automate the dashboard development   - Product Development: Providing analytical support to “new product development” team to help them decide features of new products and/or to identify key problem areas to revitalize existing products  - Marketing Campaigns: Co-ordinating with various products/channels teams to design marketing campaigns and identify target customers for customer acquisition, customer development, and customer retention activities  Good analytical skills include: the ability to clearly formulate analytical hypothesis, perform ad-hoc analysis to support it, communicate results clearly, and understand cause &effect relationships.   Good business skills include: execution of business initiatives from analysis through implementation, management of multiple priorities, effective communication,maturity & stability.   Qualification:   Exp- 2-+ Years for Manager.  Sr. Manager- 3 + years For Sr. Manager  Age- Not above 32 years  Industry : BFSI - banking, financial (preferred)/ Analytics / Financial KPO  Manufacturing / core IT - Do not apply  Degree in Quantitative Fields such as Manangement , Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Finance or Mathematics, statistics (B.Tech./M.Tech./ MBA preferred)  Megha
