We are looking for an experienced Associate Director /Senior Manager / Manager in People & Change Practice at Delhi & Mumbai Location  Total work Experience of 7 plus years   To undertake this role it is expected that you would have the following skills and experience:   - Demonstrated track record in providing innovative solutions and outstanding client service   - Ability to build strong client and peer relationships within a team environment   - Structured and strong organization skills in a consulting environment   - Understanding of best practice systems implementation methodologies  Major responsibilities & deliverables:   - Managing team of 10 -20 people  - Expected strong BD skills  - Manage the Billing and collection   - Manage Projects with support of Managers   As a Senior Manager,you would have an opportunity to demonstrate broad strategic and practical knowledge of HR formulate methodologies and best practices in area of HR expertise; incorporate global HR considerations in client deliverables, where required; provide thought leadership and guidance to clients and engagement teams on HR-related issues/decisions, business, strategy, change, and development.
