Manager/Sr Manager - Accounts Payables - CA - eCommerce

Urgent Opening with Leading eCommerce Company.

Position: Sr. Manager/ Manager- Accounts Payables

Experience: Qualified CA [ Batch of 2003- 2005 only] / Qualified CA [Batch of 2008 - 2010 only, preference 2009]

Job Description:

- Responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and legal compliance

- Responsible for preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports, Analytics & management reporting

- Ensuring month close as per close calendar and adequate provisioning

- Manage vendor reconciliations and circularization of vendor balances

- Liaise with Internal auditors and statutory auditors

- Manage cashflow and banking payment relationship with financial institutions

- Manage smooth functioning of finance helpdesk

- Escalation handling and rejection payment handling on priority basis

- Provide support in the financial decision making process to the senior management.

- Coordination with the direct and indirect tax team to ensure correct accounting of direct and indirect taxes

- Manage and coordinate annual business planning process and budgets vs actuals

- Ensure the implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

- Implement best practice procedures in the organization.

- Manage and control the delegation of authority.

- Have an overall financial control and ensure escalation for resolution within due time.

- Implement and control responsibility Trial Balance for AP

- Balance Sheet Reviews

- Analytical review of P&L accounts, inventory valuation

- Manage warehouse team cash

- People management of team, performing appraisals, career pathing, job rotations etc.
