They offer a diverse range of Media touch points and experiences to their consumers and are leaders in their respective categories. They are poised to grow rapidly and need a strong Manager- Solution Sales for their Digital venture to fast track the growth for India
Job Description - Reporting to the Sales Head- India, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Responsible for creating sales proposals and customized client solutions, tracking the entire deal lifecycle, from lead to post-campaign analysis Pre-Sales
- Build digital sales proposals and presentations that best leverage the group's portfolio
- Build media plans in line with the agreed upon rate card for inventory + other benefits
- Creative thinking and customization of proposals based on client need
- Track leads and proposals using systems and tools (e.g. Atlas, MediaVisor) During Sales
- Accompany sales executives and deliver presentations
- Build long term client relationships Post Sales
- Oversee execution of campaign and ensure delivery of agreed upon benefits
- Iterate on media plans regularly to avoid over or under-delivery - Utilize sales MIS to track campaign achievement
The Successful Candidate :
- 5+ years - Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and various propositions available, experience in digital sales solutions for a major publisher, campaign experience for digital ad agency or brand management (digital) for a marquee advertiser (e.g. FMCG, telco, financial services)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and communication skills to design and deliver presentations
