Manager - Solution Architect - BFSI/Healthcare - Big4

We have fresh opening in Solution Architect profile in Top Most Consulting Firm including Big4 for a Managerial role. Please below the JD for the same

Specific Requirements

1. Prior solution architecting experience is mandatory. Prior delivery experience essential

2. Experience of solution shaping from top tier organizations are preferred

3. Strong oral and written communication skills essential

4. Exhibit strong ability to manage various stakeholders and influence with the solution construct and decisions

5. Need to work hands on and as an Individual contributor

6. Willing to work long and odd hours as the work demands

7. Willingness to be mobile and meet client travel requirements

Role description

1. Create the solution blueprint and own the estimating sourcing costing and integration across Its enterprise Assist the Sales Leads in the development of industrialized standardized and repeatable market relevant solutions to their clients

2. 12-20 years of solution architecting experience.

3. Should be currently working in CMM level 4 company or Big4 Consulting Firms only

4. Experience working on Indian banking/insurance or Healthcare sector is a must.

5. Domestic experience is a must

6. Strong program management skills

7. Experience working with C level executive clients

8. MBA preferred

9. Lead the solution achieves internal approvals and agreed metrics

10. Update the system of record with appropriate solution details

11. Leverage Accenture assets and third party relationships in architecting solutions

12. Engage subject matter experts as appropriate to develop customized solutions creating significant value for our clients
