We provide clients with in-depth analysis, facts and supporting's which help during negotiations on disputes arising out of non-compliance, license agreements.  Help organizations implement technical controls to reduce software license non-compliance and design work flows that help in tracking deployment, retiring older versions thereby improving confidence and stability related to an organizations contractual relationships with vendors.  Work responsibilities include but are not restricted to:  - Reviewing/Validating the install base records using Software Asset Management tools and service contracts of the customer  - Auditing organizations to determine the levels of use of the vendor's software in order to validate whether they are in compliance with the vendors license agreements  - Create and manage comprehensive account specific licensing reports related to vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, Dassault etc  - Provide guidance to clients on appropriate interpretation of software contracts/renewals  Qualifications:  - Proven ability to review and understand software licensing documents.  - Strong knowledge and experience with software discovery inventory tools and collection methods.  - Knowledge of software models, metrics, and asset management best practices.  Education and other requirements:  - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.  - One to three years of experience in IT, internal/external audit or experience in performing third-party reviews.
