Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other paid display campaigns
- Strategize, conceptualize, implement, optimize and analyze social media and display campaigns for Melorra.
- Prepare daily campaign reports and analysis
- Share findings and optimise accordingly.
- Should be hands on with new product innovations that are made by Facebook and Instagram platform.
General Skills :
- Good communication skills in verbal and written form.
- Passion for numbers and strong understanding of data analytics to generate reports and insights.
- Ability to make data drive marketing decisions to support the business.
- Team work: open communicative personality with multiple interests, transparent and cooperative team player
- Ability to demonstrate strong people skills to form meaningful relationships with tech, product and merchandising.
- Experience working with external agencies for performance marketing.
Technical Skills :
- Prior experience in mobile and desktop advertising and strong understanding of the differences between the two.
- Deep understanding of the Facebook and Instagram advertising platform
- Experience in the E-commerce industry is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in working on Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Omniture etc.
- Thought leader in terms of evolving digital knowledge
