Our client, one of the most respected organization in the management consulting space having a very strong global presence, with a very large and well respected Government advisory practice.  - To strengthen their vertical client is looking for an exceptional talent with strong credentials to lead & manage the govt advisory practice with specific exposure in the area of Skill development & government liasoning.   Job Location : Bangladesh   Job Purpose :  The role is responsible for Conceptualizing, Designing and Over-viewing Implementation of Skill Development initiatives through the provision and implementation of effective methods and strategies.  Project Delivery :   - Management of Skill Development/Large Scale Training projects in India/Bangladesh and in neighboring countries.  - Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals.  - Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally.   - Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner.  Business Plan development :   - Pro-actively identifying opportunities and projects.   - Building business relationships.  - Build a network of service providers in different areas related to skill development, livelihood generation, policy development, organization development etc.  Government Liasoning :   - Working closely with the state and the central government, attending review meets, presenting and submitting the reports to the state and the central government.  - Identifying new revenue streams and generating revenue from the existing operations.  Desired Skills & Qualifications :   - Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Social Science or Service/MSW/Development Management and related sector, experience of 9 - 15years in comparable positions.   - An Exposure of Working with Government bodies/ Big 4 Consulting firms would be an added advantage.   - At least 10 years of Experience of working with the Government (State or Central)/handling projects in area of skill development, livelihood generation, workplace learning & productivity.  - Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) & Willingness to travel.  - Strong business development and program management skills.  - Team Management Ability, Managing stakeholders at multiple level  Highlights :  Project Delivery : 40%  Business Delivery : 30 %  Government Liasoning : 30 %
