Manager/Senior Manager - Training - Investment Banking/Capital Market Domain

I am hiring for a leading MNC/KPO based in H- bad for Manager/Sr. Manager Training (Investment Banking/ Capital market domain) role.

JOB DETAILS:

- Identify training and development needs within the organization through needs assessment and regular consultation with management and others.

- Develop training plans that enhance the effectiveness of employee performance and are in alignment with business strategy and goals.

- Develop, execute and manage company-wide training and development initiatives, ranging from broad multi-month assignments to short-term, quick projects.

- Must have strong experience in Training in Investment Banking/ Capital market domain.

- Reporting to GM.
