Manager/Senior Manager - Senior Business Analyst - CDU Legal Clauses

The Role :

This role will focus on liaising with the legal SME's in order to specify the requirements to make the Legal Data Acquisition process possible.

- It will prescribe how the legal data capture will work, which legal terms need to be captured and specify the requirements for that.

- This will be a front to back position, in which BRD's will need to be documented, and test cases to support that will also need to be written.

Main Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the creation of scoping and requirements specifications and detailed Business Requirement Documents, which in each case, clearly describe the legal ask.

- Responsible for the resolution of bugs in ETL, affecting the integrity of legal clause related data capture.

- Potentially, creation of detailed Functional specifications which clearly describe the work planned and how best we in IT can meet the business requirements.

- Responsible for interaction with a broad set of business contacts across many departments such as LCA; DQU; Collateral Management and other internal consumers

- Responsible for documenting test cases in support of UAT.

- Interaction with global teams : we have IT partners in London and the US, as well as business change in Poland.

List Desired Skills/Knowledge :

- Have excellent communication skills and be quick to respond to new requirements.

- Be comfortable working in a team based across multiple locations.

- Have excellent problem solving skills, an ability to work with a sense of urgency, whilst maintaining attention to detail.

- Be pro-active and a self-starter.

- Trading/Master Agreement/Confirmations knowledge, especially some familiarity with clause types of importance to CDU's consumers (client money, ratings downgrades, credit terms, some knowledge of relevant regulations, collateral terms) and ideally an ability to identify clause attributes.

Must have detailed knowledge about BRD / FRD.
