Manager/Senior Manager - Quality - Black Belt - BPO

Shift : Uk Shift

Location : Gurgaon & Noida, Should be comfortable to work from both location - 2 days in Gurgaon & 3 Days in Noida.

Job Specifications for Quality Black Belt :

- Identify and Drive high impact projects by working closely with stakeholders. Systematically identify, gather, and analyze pertinent information to develop & accomplish project goals

- Apply LEAN, Six Sigma tools/functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects.

- Coach & mentor other people to drive Lean Six Sigma DNA through GB & Lean Projects.

- To monitor and track quality project plan implementation to ensure desired outcomes.

- Communicate continuously with all key stakeholders to create a combined Vision and understanding of the function's activities.

Hard specs : Looking for resources with experience in Robotics & Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Master Black Belt, experience in handling team of 200+

Salary range: 9 - 15 LPA
