- Wholesale Lending

- SME and Retail Lending

Designation : Manager/ Senior Manager - Process ReEngineering

Role : Process Consulting / Process Engineering

Location : Mumbai (Marine lines )

Role And Responsibilities :

- Design Retail Assets processes associated with regulatory, legal, compliance and/or operational requirements.

- Program-managed initiatives on strategic cost reduction, process & operations transformation, process design & reengineering, marketing strategy

- Deployment and Driving of Quality Initiatives Like Lean Six Sigma

- Successful project delivery in Complaints management, Retail Assets, Branch Banking, Emerging Enterprise Group.

- Conducted analysis like Time & Motion study, root cause analysis to improve customer touch base processes .

Specific pointers :

- Knowledge of framing of business policies and processes

- Process Re-engineering - with particular focus on the practical use and concepts of lean six Sigma.

- Expert understanding of Retail Assets Business in Banking NBFCs.

- Good understanding of application software of Retail Assets Business Outstanding.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Hands-on in data analysis and working knowledge of process flow chart tools like MS Visio etc.
