JOB DESCRIPTION:

PRESALES Lead -Mumbai

Desired Candidate Profile

BE/B Tech and MBA Graduate having experience in business and technology consulting, Presales, SI/ Customer / Partner relationship & strategic tie-ups, marketing.

Track record of driving large complex solution engagements.

Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.

Leading the pre-sales teams to win multiple key accounts and engagements

Experience in Client Engagement, Consulting Program management and Solution Architecture.

Proficiency in analyzing the customer's business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions.

Should be an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, solutions and concepts relevant to diverse industries with basic understanding on ECM/BPM.

Experience in managing performance of individuals and teams.

Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.

Job Description :

- Business Strategy

Business Strategy for BPM & ECM Solutions across verticals including:

1. Analysis and forecasts of emerging technologies and business opportunities Strategic tie-up with system integrators/business partners to support offerings and establish practices in terms of Workflow Applications and Document Management services/solutions.

2. Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization

3. Strong understanding of business goals and ability to create an solution strategy to meet those goals

Align with regional opportunities, targets and strategise with regional business head

- Solutioning

Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation

Consultative solutioning, Deal Structuring and Strategic Consulting

Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning for appropriate products and solutions.

Strategic pricing in competitive markets.

Identifying new markets in terms of products need based segments, demographic profiles.
