Presales/BD Manager -Sr. Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop Sales & Marketing plans and strategies to achieve them. Lead Sales initiative by Market Segmentation, Key Account Management and Pre-Sales
- Implement B2B / B2C marketing plan and business development efforts to increase revenue and client base
- Development and implementation of pan-organization Go-to-Market strategy in time bound roll-outs
- Build business from ground-up into sustained revenue stream with significant size and scale. Ideate alternate revenue models, strategies and competitor analysis
- Identifying new business opportunities through innovative opportunity development as well as logical extension to existing business model. Responsible for venturing into newer geographies, domains, vendor management, etc.
- Conduct extensive research on target prospects and develop strategic relationships with key decision makers within each
- Manage customer expectations and scope of work
- Leading deal pursuit throughout sales life-cycle (conceptualizing the campaign to presenting it to the client, negotiating, discussing deliverable, implementing the project, after sales, etc.) and maintain good win ratio
- Coordinate business efforts within internal teams including Pre-sales, Content, Operations, IT and Product development to ensure smooth progress of the project
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree along with Major in Business Management or Marketing Management from top league institute
- At least 10 years of customer-facing sales or account management (face-to-face sales is strongly preferred)
- Proven consultative sales skills including negotiation, influencing ability, and executive presence
- Experience of working in scale-up and set-up business environment and developing procedures and service standards for Business excellence
- Experience in Proficient in Pre Sales activities like responding RPFs/RFIs, Designing Solution Offering, Product Analysis, Resource Planning, Implementation Planning, RoI Studies, estimations, Best Practices, Approach notes,
Competency /Defence presentations :
- Proven track record of delivering flawless results in a fast paced organization where priorities may change
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player with a flexible, winning, positive attitude
- Effective Pipeline Management skills, ability to develop a daily, weekly and monthly call plan
- Relationship management skills to follow through and motivate Clients to take action
