We have one very urgent position in one of BEST INSURANCE organizations across the following location  BASE LOCATION - MUMBAI   OFFERED CTC - negotiable + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.  POSITION - Manager / Senior Manager - Legal & Compliance / CS ( Health Insurance )   LEVEL :- Manager / Senior Manager   INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :-  Responsibilities:  - Handling legal, compliance & secretarial function of a health insurance company.  - Handling Company Secretarial, Legal and Regulatory Compliances, Litigations, Agreements, Policy contracts, Employee Trust administration   - Overall responsibility of Secretarial, Compliance and Legal functions of the Company.  - Relationship Management with IRDA officials.  - Responsible for Anti-Money laundering Initiatives.  - Ownership of all IRDA compliance and filings.  - Guidance to sales and operations teams on specific queries.  - Vetting of agreements and Policy Docs. from compliance perspective.  - Vetting all press releases and advertisements.  - Handling sensitive complaint cases.  Requirements:  INDUSTRY : Health Insurance / Life Insurance / General Insurance.  LLB must, LLB + CS preferred.  [ Exposure to regulatory compliances for IRDA regulations is a must. ]  Please ignore in case you are not interested OR not applicable.
