To identify and acquire land parcels across multiple regions in the country;

- Assessment of Legal authenticity related to land agreements, lease deeds, property ownership etc.;

- Liasoning with the nodal/Government agencies; especially related to Real Estate;

- Expertise of commercial, financial and contractual matters in the real estate industry;

- Assessment of Property Development Potential & supervise Land Surveys;

- Setting up strong and stringent internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects.
