Manager/Senior Manager - IT Strategy Consulting - Transaction Services Hub Team

Job Description :-

1) Working within the Transaction Services Hub team to deliver IT Transaction Services engagements including IT Due Diligence, Portfolio Optimization and IT advice to PE portfolio companies.

2) Working on engagements that include IT due diligence (ITDD) assignments (example, buy-side, sell-side, IPO) from inception to completion including leading client meetings and interviews.

3) Support delivery and review of high-quality, risk-managed reports and other work products in various formats.

4) Support the development and delivery of technical proposals, attending sales meetings and sales presentations.

5) Support internal practice development effort including development of tools, accelerators, methodologies and market propositions.

6) Support Quality and Risk Management (Q&RM) efforts throughout client engagements, determining that all client work is delivered consistently complying with Organisation guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

1) Experience of transactions, ideally in performing of IT Due Diligence and/or IT post-merger integration, separation/carve-out assignments.

2) 6-14 years experience of IT advisory and consulting within a professional services environment IT programme execution experience (e.g. CRM \ ERP change programmes).

3) Broad knowledge and understanding of one or more core aspects of a typical IT function, including Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Governance, Systems Integration and Application Development, IT Service Delivery, IT infrastructure, IT financials and dynamics of an IT function.

4) Knowledge of Structured methodologies and a familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL for Infrastructure, Systems Development Life Cycle methods and COBIT for IT governance.

5) Ability to provide insights based on experience on IT aspects of transaction deals that are relevant and valued by clients and readers of the IT Due Diligence reports.

6) Experience of IT outsourcing, vendor management and IT procurement.
