Manager/Senior Manager - Investment Banking Operations

Our client is one of the leading financial services organisation looking to hire Manager / Senior Manager for the Investment Banking operations function.

The role is responsible for:

People Management:

- Leading, coaching, monitoring and developing associates and managers

- Conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews for team members. Identify the current competencies of each associate and provide training and development in required skill areas

- Promote teamwork and responsiveness of individuals in their areas of responsibility through support and coaching

- Monitor staffing needs for the team, establish workforce plan that anticipates business needs

- Foster a culture of speed, innovation, client centricity and continuous improvement

Process Management:

- Manage operations of the team, ensuring SLA metrics are met and exceed

- Manage Global business partners. Foster team work and innovation across the sites to improve performance and customer experience

- Lead or participate on project teams involved with departmental or strategic projects

- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyse workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications

- Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience

- Design, develop, pilot & rollout enterprise wide programs around delivery enhancement

- Ensure the team has the tools, support and guidance necessary in order to fulfil its daily responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner

- Identify issues\bottlenecks that prevent\hinder the organization in providing the best in class customer experience, escalate them appropriately and collaborate with Clients and internal partners to fix those issues

Desired Profile:

- Master's Degree in Commerce\Finance\Management with 10+ years- experience in Workplace investing/ Mutual Fund Industry / /Financial services

- Strong People Management skills.
