Company : A Leading Fintech Company  Job Location : Mumbai  Role : Manager / Sr. Manager - Internal Audit  Responsibilities :  - Reviewing internal processes and providing independent assurance that governance, risk management and internal control processes are adequate and are operating effectively  - Overseeing work done by third party Internal Auditors appointed for specifically agreed areas, including for review of any IT, COFIC or Operating areas  - Working closely with Company's Global Internal Audit team and Chief Risk Officer in review of internal controls and related compliances, including compliance with the requirements of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the U.S.  - Reviewing processes, internal controls & evidence documents, as may be required to fulfill own function effectively  - Advising improvements in internal control procedures, to enhance effectiveness and assurance  - Working closely with Finance, while maintaining independence and objectivity, in setting up of COFIC internal controls and documentation  - Assisting Board and Audit & Risks Committee in ensuring that key internal controls and internal controls over financial reporting are in place and are operating satisfactorily as per the statutory requirements  Shweta.
