One of India's Leading Business groups into diversified businesses is looking out for Manager/ Sr. Manager HR to be based at the Headquarter in Chennai.  The ideal candidate should be a MBA - HR with 8-12 yrs experience in Technology (Telecom / IT) companies.  The incumbent should have hands on experience in all aspects of HR with very good experience in Talent Acquisition as the company is in a ramp up stage.  The person would should have an understanding of organizational and people dynamics and the ability to think strategically and 'on the ground' realistic and practical thinking/ grass-roots level are essential.  The ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization and commitment to strategic business partnerships and team developments is a must.  Meticulous approach, speed to deliver, affable yet assertive, excellent with people, confident and adaptable.  The position would report to the Head HR.
