HR Operations - Manager/ Sr. Manager
Responsibilities :
The ideal incumbent would have 10+ years of experience and will set up the HR Operations function from the scratch, responsible for designing and implementation. The person will be responsible for set up HR Operations- creating HRMS, HRIS/ HR Automation, Payroll, handle entire employee life cycle management, designing and implementation of HR policies, documentation work related to policies, HR Audits, HR compliance, offer management, personal file management, exit formalities.
Requirement :
- 10+ Years of setting up and managing HR operations experience in either IT/ITES, E-Commerce, BPO/ Captives, shared service, start-up.
- Must have strong proficiency in the functional use of key business applications including HRIS
- Ability to translate HR operational needs and requirement to others.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with persons within and outside the organization
