- Recruitment : Sourcing profiles, coordinating with consultancies, initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letter and compensation break-ups.
- Joining and Induction : Design a structured Induction Program for all new joinee and responsible for their orientation and induction.
- Completing joining formalities for new joinee & workforce planning.
- Maintaining Employee Information/Employee Data.
- Leave and Time Management - Leave and attendance record, Payroll Inputs, Maintenance of personal Files.
- Rewards & Recognition for employees.
