Lead, guide and monitor HR Data Analytics and automation initiatives to support business decisions .  Define framework, methodology and metrics for HR Analytics using existing tools and identify and introduce new tools as relevant to the business needs .  Candidate should have experience in "Workday" in HR Shared services division of any large company/MNC. Any Manufacturing/IT/ITES shared services divisions - preferably MNCs  Ideal candidate should be associated with shared services in a large organization, global exposure-APAC preferred.
