Manager/Senior Manger - Healthcare with a leading consulting firm  You will be a part of the Provider Care Segment( Hospitals, Diagnostic Chains and Medical Devices) team, primarily responsible to :  - Manage Client service delivery/execution on projects related to Supply Chain, Procurement, manpower Optimization, Sales, etc  - Lead role in execution of projects (Project delivery) at times multiple clients. Assume independent responsibility for smaller clients  - Manage client personnel  - Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner   - Knowledge Management  - Business development  - Actively support business development efforts including taking proposal preparation  - Create and manage good independent relationships with clients  - Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals typically in relation to service line  - Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally  - People Management   - Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach  - Assist in resolving people issues   Required Skill Set :  - MBA from a premier B School, you would have 3-9 years of experience, ideally with a consulting firm as well as a Healthcare Service Provider.  - You should come with a strong exposure to change and transformation management. Strong analytical and financial skills is a must have.
