Among other things, the incumbent will help the team to create and manage strong relationships with lending partners such as banks and NBFCs who work with Client for Driver-cum-Owner program in Bangalore.   - Over time, the position may also be required to scale this program across other cities in India.   Requirements & Expectations:  - Keen to work in an exciting start-up environment.  - Self-motivated individual with a drive for results, looking for a high-impact role.  - Strong operational mindset, and willingness to roll up the sleeves to get things done.   - Help the organization to create & implement new scale-able processes for various strategic initiatives.  - Need to coordinate with people across different teams within the organization for such implementation.  - Ability to communicate effectively with drivers as well as lenders and/ or other strategic partners.  - Relationships with auto-financing companies is a plus.  - Working knowledge of MS Excel, and ability to create basic commercial / financial models.  - Educational requirement - Bachelors in commerce/ economics/ engineering; MBA a plus.  - Experience requirement - 3-6 years of banking or related experience.
