Job Title - Manager / Sr. Manager - Finance (Company Secretary)  Job Profile :  - Responsible for Secretarial Practices with respect to Board Meeting and AGM, Secretarial Compliances and Companies Act.  - Agreement review and handling & monitoring Company's open legal case.   - Consolidation of Financial Statement with IFC compliance  - Coordinate the activities with staff and Auditor concerned to smoothened the auditing. SPOC for all audits.   - Employee Related Compliances, Superannuation & Gratuity Trust Management viz; Claim payment and TDS compliances, Actuarial Valuation.  - SOX Compliances and timely updation of quarterly control testing in CATS  - FCPA Compliance and documentations  - CSR and ERM Coordinator and quarterly status update.  - Compliance Tool Management  - Participate in regular audit discussion meeting and provide inputs for action plans.   Job Specification:  Special skills required:   1. Ability to lead and complete statutory audit and prepare consolidation of financial statement.  2. Very Good knowledge of business processes, audit and accounting skills. Industrial knowledge is preferable.  3. Very Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively at all levels.  4. Ability to critically review legal agreements and ensure no detrimental clause exist in agreement.  Education Qualification:   CA and CS with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience of Finance, Audit and Secretarial.  Place of Work: Chakan/ Pune
