Reporting To- CEO

Qualification: - B.E/ B. Tech (Full time Only)

Yrs of Exp: 10 - 25 years of exp in quality

Industry Preference: Automotive

Age: below 45yrs.

Experience preferred from heat treatment, grinding, forging, cutting, drills and milling processes Quality

Responsibilities:

- Drive a strong quality culture which focuses on zero defect & customer satisfaction.

- Champion in implementation of six sigma throughout the organization.

- Built process orientation through implementation of TS 16949.

- Laydown quality systems to have satisfied customers. Handle customer concerns in time & initiating CAPA.

- Ensure continuous process and product quality and build sustainable systems and processes to ensure the same.

- Achieve financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions

- Maintain quality standards for incoming materials. Ensure stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identify gaps and take corrective action

- Devise action plans, create statistical process control metrics to achieve set quality standards

- Conduct supplier visits, audits & improvement as per the customer requirement

- Product Benchmarking: Responsible for continuous improvement of the product performance to enhance the customer satisfaction by verification / improvement of the existing product
