Roles and Responsibility

Consulting Practice - end to end responsibility for delivery complex consulting engagements.

- Engagements can be across a wide range of topics including but not limited to corporate growth strategy, market entry strategy, new products and services strategy, project feasibility analysis, large scale program transformation etc.

- Interact with and support the larger team of business consulting, analytics, IT professionals & subject matter experts to develop tangible value proposition for the client

- Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with clients and building add-on business for the practice

- Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as eminence, sales collateral development, methodology development, recruiting etc.

Sports Practice - end to end responsibility for leading sporting leagues & projects.

- Spearhead the India operations of the league, liaising with the promoters, the sport management team, player & coaches, several agencies and other vendors

- Conceptualise & execute the main league, the opening-to-closing event & games, and the entertainment wrap-arounds IPs

- Reach out to sport broadcasters and digital sport players to negotiate, close-in and execute the broadcast right deals

- Create and run a round-the-year calendar of activities around the league, the tournaments, the players and the brand

- Drive and oversee the league and brand's operations such as the Franchisee liaising and closure based on market connect

- Support In talent management, and player strategy during player bidding and main games

- Identify, partner and liaise with International sports and media centric partners to support the league's international reach

- Negotiate, partner and oversee deals and operations with multi-city vendors including venues, event organisers, local sponsors, etc.

- Help in developing a suitable promotion and marketing strategy and lead the league sponsorships, allied partnerships and other revenue streams

- Explore sports Infrastructure development and grass root program opportunities and enable tie ups with complementary partners in this space (Government & Non-Government Agencies)

- Design & drive the various live and digital fan engagement experiences to increase the brand image and value

- Actively mentor, coach and manage the operations team to drive the project successfully

Desired Skills and Experience - Desired applicants should have worked in the leading consulting firms/ industry with experience in any of the following:

- Preferred background: Sports, Events, Media & Entertainment sector

- Experience/ know-how of corporate finance.

- Experience across market assessment, consumer landscape, competitor assessment and business plan creation

Specialize in domain/subject areas:

- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Good command of English and excellent grasp on MS Office tools

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (Full Time)

- 10+ years of relevant (consulting) experience
