The role covers all operational and strategic aspects of managing the compensation and benefits function in line with the company's visions, values and strategy as well as sound, long-term business practices.  Key activities include:  Provide coverage for the location on compensation & Benefits  Build and provide technical expertise around Reward processes  Manage annual salary planning  Gather market intelligence and recommend salary benchmarks.  Support the HR-Head in respect to strategic development and decision making  Partnering with internal clients (HR and business leaders) to design, review and update compensation and benefits policies and processes.  Manage the India market compensation survey by partnering with vendors  Support implementation of global policies and work with business divisions to ensure compliance  Candidate Profile :  - Master's degree in Human Resources from a Tier 1, Tier 2 Institute.  - Highly developed communication and presentation skills across multiple geographies and cultures.  - Should have a strong network with market (external) competitors.   - Should Build strong credibility with the Regional and Global C&B teams  - High on work ethics & result orientation  - Ability to move between strategic and operational elements easily.  - Ability to collaborate and coordinate across global, regional and local teams in both service and execution capacity  Neelam For Quest Career Solutions 9810198118
