Mgr/Sr.Mgr - Buying (Women Western Wear) - Leading fashion eCommerce player   About the client:  It is one of the leading fashion eCommerce players.  Position type: Full time  Apply only if you  a) Executing the responsibilities of Buying Manager   b) Have worked extensively on Women Apparel category especially in Western Wears  b) Are willing to work in Gurgaon location  c) Satisfy the experience and education criteria  d) Passionate in Fashion space  Responsibilities:  - Responsible to source new merchandise and review existing items to ensure products remain competitive  - Maximize profits and provide a commercially viable range of merchandise at competitive prices  - Keeping up to date with market trends and reacting to changes in demand are key elements of the role  - Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels  - Managing plans for stock levels; reacting to changes in demand and logistics  - Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products; negotiating terms of contract  - Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed  - Determine quantity and timing of deliveries  - Constant analysis of data and liaison between the front end and marketing team to know what is moving and not moving to ensure supply meets demand  Preferred Skills:  - Knowledge about latest Fashion trends  - Strong analytical, negotiation & reporting skills  - Analytics/Buying/Planning with understanding of inventory management  - Communication skill with knowledge of Excel  Education:  Graduate/Post Graduate - NIFT or Pearl or MICA or relevant institutes (Fashion Background)  Note: The designation of Manager/Sr.Manager would depend on experience, skill sets, knowledge, interview performance.
