Understand the brand/layer business model & key variables that can influence it.  - Be a brand champion and find innovative ways to bring the brand alive from consumers  - Able to write clear and simple briefs to bring alive the product proposition and consumer benefit in line with the brand identity and judge creative output vis-a-vis the brief.  - Able to drive innovation in activation plans across all media including PR and social/digital media based on creative and campaign objectives. Understands the advantages of using digital media and is able to use the same in a disruptive and measurable way.   - Lead cross functional teams, manage multiple project networks and align franchise partners on plans  Skills Required :   - Appreciation of consumer attitudes, behaviors and trends  - Creative & disruptive thinking   - Excellent skills in project management, analytical & logical reasoning & presentation.  - Strong team player with ability to establish rapport & credibility quickly to drive action with cross functional teams.  - Self-starter with experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment with strong multi-taking capabilities.
