Role description /Scope of Work :

The country audit teams work closely with global teams from planning through closure and stages in financial statement audits and related statutory /assurance procedures.

The team also supports major audit transformation initiatives including transitioning

The Manager oversees the quality of deliverables and the people in the team.

In addition to managing the expectations of global teams, they provide the operational oversight to drive efficiency and meet timelines.

Key Responsibilities Area :

The assists global teams meet their objectives of:

- Audit Inspection/Monitoring Audit Performance etc.

- Providing consistent quality work and documentation across geographies

- Ensuring quick turnaround times and time-zone advantage to meet deadlines

- Complementing local teams with specific skills and competencies

- Transitioning from traditional to newly-launched audit and analytics tools

- Extensive People & Team Management

Client Management across geographies :

Key Performance Indicators (To perform to grow in the organizations and reach next level):

- Demonstrate professionalism, competence, and clarity of communication when dealing with GSS and Global audit teams.

- Establish expectations of value to be delivered to the Global audit teams and ultimately to the Global audit clients

- Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of clients

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Only CA qualified (2004 to 2011 pass outs).

- Professionals having Core Statutory Audit experience/Only country practice and look ahead for growth and ready to explore different avenues and role into AQM(Audit Quality Monitoring)/Must Apply.

- Knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards. Knowledge of GAAS/ GAAP/Indian Gaap/IGAAP and auditing standards is an advantage

- Effective interpersonal, Quality Check, Audit inspection, System of quality control and Monitoring Audit performance.

- Project management, leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills

- Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing effectively in English
