Manager/Sr. Manager - Attorney & Company Secretary  Looking for handling legal & company secretary activities for specialty chemical manufacturing company to be based in Mumbai.   - This role involves independent handling Contract and commercial legal support work.   In the above area of work, candidate is primarily responsible for:  - Commercial legal support  - Contract management  - Advise management on regulatory changes impacting business  - Leasing and Acquisition  - Amalgamation of Company  - Negotiation and finalization of terms and conditions and placement of insurance policies and their claims.  - Setting up joint Ventures  - Handling regulatory aspects of business.  - Providing advice on central excise and customs issues.  - Ensure adherence to statutory compliances.  - Advise management on regulatory changes impacting business  - Proactively liaison with Govt / industry association to ensure regulatory changes is in line with the business objectives  - Global support centre legal support  - Contract review and management  Works independently   Reporting to APAC Lead Head based at Singapore.
