- Heading entire production department activities, execution, monitoring and implementation of delivery plans and targets.

- Initiative plans processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.

- To achieve monthly production target through successful execution of monthly plan, minimize rejection at various stages.

- Ensuring the compliance of the cGMP in all production areas.

- Participate in audit process with plan production and cross functional teams for relevant audits along with compliance/observation of plant QA/external audits.

- Review manufacturing record and SOPs and keep update all GMP records.

- Follow up with team for timely manufacturing of exhibit/validation batches and other validation activities with co-ordination of QA.

- Time to time training and evaluation of subordinates to follow the system and minimize the break downs of machines.

- Should have knowledge of Tablet / Capsule production technologies and quality systems.

- Time management and leadership qualities.

- Presentable to clients and auditors.

- Should possess People Management & team building skills.

- Should have 15-20 years Experience in production of Tablet / Capsule with a reputed Pharma formulation Company at least Five years in similar level.

- B Pharma / M Pharma will get preference
