- Must have experience in construction of township or residential projects as he will be involved in direct sales, channel sales & institutional sales as well.
- Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of real estate residential projects
- Candidate should have good experience in direct sales, channel sales & institutional sales as well. He will be involved in Appointing new prospective channel partners, IPCs & carry out vendor management.
- Based on the Management Directive, work out a Sales Plan (Project Phasing and Pricing) and projected Cash Flows.
- Implement the Sales Plan for each of the projects
- Facilitate the closing of Deals along with the Seniors
- Proactively establish a system and carry out an ongoing Competing Project Sales Analysis in terms of their product mix, pricing and Sales Strategy (Offers/discounts/marketing tools). Present the Intelligence gathered to the Management on a periodic basis.
- Tie Up and carryout the procedures required for the Project Retail Financing with several target Banks & Financial Institutions
