Our clients include 2 of the BIG 3 Global Consulting Firms, 2 of the top 5 Tier 1 Indian IT MNCs, The largest Global BFSI Consulting firm from USA, The largest Infrastructure Services company in the world, and many more market leaders.  For our client which is one of a top Managed IT services provider, we need above-mentioned resources urgently:   The detailed JD for Sales Manager   Roles and Responsibilities:  1. Should have good understanding of Regional Market (Locations mentioned above)  2. Understanding Customers business requirements, existing engagements and conceptualizing solution mechanism to meet those requirements.   3. Drive the Services sales for the region.   4. Presentations on Managed IT Services offerings to the CXO of potential clients.   5. Solicit and bring business from newer accounts   6. Achieve planned Order Booking targets annually at acceptable Gross Margin Levels  7. Review proposals   8. Should have a mechanism to generate leads and drive them to closure.   9. Should not be hesitant to do cold calls.  Financial   Target - Upwards of Rs. 6 crore Services Target, 9 crore of products + Renewals as per the accounts as per the Gross Margin norms of the company annually. This would include New Booking, Renewals and Product Billing. The target will be finalised in accordance with accounts. Emphasis will be more on IT Services than IT Products.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Education & Relevant Experience: Graduate in any discipline a must. Masters in any discipline would be preferred.  Business Understanding India is a growing nation with rising needs and demands. Governments are becoming increasingly governance oriented.
