Candidate Requirement and responsibility of Trade & Marketing Manager GT
Job Summary: Will be responsible for sales with tie-up Modern Trade, Private Label Super markets to increase product visibility and sales. Must have min 6 Years FMCG sales experience.
Candidate Profile
Note: Candidates from "B School Graduates" should have min-3 Years Experience & None "B Schools Graduates should have min 6+Years experience.
1) Decent experience Business Planning for General Trade and Retailers.
a) Development and lead execution of sales strategy, including Budgeting of Annual Volume, Value, Manpower, Visibility and promotion activities
b) Planning and execution of activities to promote brand and products
2) Achievement of planned distribution and sales targets in conjunction with distribution partner for assigned regions.
3) Ensure Availability of all product categories.
4) Ensure timely claim settlements of TOT and all direct key accounts.
5) MIS & Tracking of competitor activities
6) Identify new business opportunities
