Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve sales target by leading a team of non field executives
- Ability to train the team and develop sales strategies
- Identify future short term growth opportunities
- Implement strategies and increase market share within territory
- Understand and communicate on key issues of customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Manage the current core business and develop new business, telemarketing strategies and inside sales
Qualification:
- UG: B.Sc (Any Specialization )
- PG: M.Sc/M.S (Science), MBA/PGDM-Any Specialization
- Preferably science/chemicals/manufacturing industry experience
