Job Description - Based out of Gurgaon you will be mentoring a team of analysts and senior analysts. Some of your responsibilities shall be to:

- Derive insights from large amount of data

- Use analytical tools to understand the customer portfolio

- Profiling of customers based on their portfolios

- Use segmentation techniques to define strategies for cross selling and up selling

- Deliver subject matter expertise to identify new opportunities and expand business

The Successful Candidate - Academic background in statistics/economics/engineering/mathematics from top tier schools like IIMs, IITs, DSE, FMS, XLRI, SPJAIN, MDI, IMT, ISI, ISB, BITs etc. 5+ years of experience within analytics domain with solid expertise in statistical techniques and model building

- Ability to work on adhoc basis in a fast paced environment

- Entrepreneurial quality with ability to take ownership

- Experience in working with analytics preferably in the consulting and financial services sector

- Excellent understanding of statistical concepts with knowledge of SAS, R, SQL etc.

- Impressive interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with clients
