RPC C&E ROLE PROFILE :   Key Attributes of RPC C & E Candidate :  - Legal professional / accountant / compliance professional  - 6-8 years compliance experience in multi-national company  - Motivated, decisive, able to work autonomously, organized and driven  - Possess strong business partnering skills  - Strong knowledge of the requirements of FCPA / UK Bribery Act / SOX  - Takes ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility  - Able to deliver  - Able to make difficult decisions when required  - Able to communicate clearly  Key Tasks for role :   Core compliance programme roll out :  - Roll out and embed the Compliance Programme.  - Provide compliance training to different audiences (RPC COO, RPC Leadership team, functions, business, manufacturing units, etc.)  - Attend Risk Management Meetings and work with RPC Controls Manager closely to ensure that Risks are properly identified and mitigation plans are put in place.  - Provide compliance advice and support to enable informed business decisions.  - Help grow a culture of integrity by rolling out key projects (ACC, anti-bribery campaigns around gifting season - Diwali)  Investigations / Process Reviews :  - Conduct minor investigations (not peer based Investigations in RPC)  - Follow up on Investigation recommendations ensuring resolution.  - Conduct reviews of processes identified as not working either by Controls Manager or Investigations Manager.  Projects :  - Special compliance projects on an ad hoc basis (i.e. KYC, KYBP)  - Develop policies to plug gaps  - Design processes to ensure compliance and simplify work  - C & E Ambassador network - provide support and advice   Communications / Reporting :   - Report on compliance key performance indicators  - Breaches to the Leadership team (anonymized but to ensure they are aware of areas)  - Provide updates to central team for Mancom / Excom meetings and ultimately ARC reports  Travel :   - Visit Sales Offices within RPC  - Visit Manufacturing Units  - Head Office for Team Meeting  Business Partners :   - Reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer but with a dotted line into the RPC COO  - Sits on the RPC Leadership team  - Work closely with the RPC COO, RPC Control Manager, Legal Counsel, HR Director, Finance Director.
