Designation - Manager - Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities :

- Agreement Preparations

- Applying merchants to various Banks Escalation Handling, Making sure TAT is met for the team, Preparing documentation of the process Preparing and meeting Compliance parameters Building Relationships with Business partners (Banks, Merchant etc).

- Ensuring Compliance parameters are met and ensuring RISK mitigation.

- Helped Develop the Process Documentation, Process Improvements etc

- Checking for genuine transaction depending on several risk and compliance parameters.

- Need to generate suspicious transaction alerts against the suspected transactions.

- Identifying fraud trends in market and proactively takes action to reduce future risk to the credit card/net banking business.

- Guide merchants to implement Charge back Policy.

- Follow-up with Merchants & Payment Gateway to recover charge back Analyzing rules/triggers for effectiveness, adding and modifying rules for better Transaction Monitoring and Preparation of negative database.

- Integration's, documentation and streamlining the process with the banking partners for all net banking and Credit card gateways.

- Preparing the list of documents required for the KYC/AML from the merchants for the on boarding process of different business entities.

- Getting merchant documents at the time of registration and audit to know the various trends of transactions. Developing and implementing systems, policies and procedures for the identification and analysis of risk related information

- Reviewing and preparing the required KYC documentation as per the Bank SLA.

- Creation and verification of the merchant. Transactions limit decision. Completing Merchant on- Boarding.

Desired Background :

- 2 years+ experience

- Preferred ICFAI or CA

- Experience with an Online Payment Gateway
