Job Objective :

To lead the total rewards function effectively delivering the rewards strategy. Responsible for designing, developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that support strategic goals. Acts as a consultant to senior management and liaises closely with the group rewards team to align with the group rewards programs.

Job Summary :

Operations :

- Responsible for the planning, implementation and administration of the organization's new and existing compensation and benefits programs.

- Develops implements and monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures; recommends plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and business objectives.

- Recommends annual company compensation salary ranges and administrative guidelines.

Finance :

- Partner with Purchasing and finance for the benefit plan renewal process, including negotiation with vendors, partners and administrators.

- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

- Manage and govern long term and short term bonus program.

- Support the Employee Recognition program as per company policy.

- Monitor administrative costs of benefit programs and recommend cost containment strategies including alternative methods for administration and funding.

- Research employee benefit plans and vendors to identify those that present the best value resulting in the implementation of best in class benefits programs. Design, recommend, implement, and service these programs for optimum value.

Customer :

- Develop and deliver communication and feedback mechanisms to ensure optimum employee and manager awareness, and understanding of Compensation and Benefits - philosophy and programs.

- Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package.

Knowledge and Skills :

- Proven track record of driving business value through compensation and benefits strategy.

- High degree of business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level

Candidate Summary :

- The candidate must have a total of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in compensation and benefit profile.

- Tier 1 Institute candidates only.

- Candidate should be only from industry & not from consulting.
