Note: (Only female candidates should apply)  Function: Retention & Relation  Department: Customer Service  Job Role & Responsibilities:  - To retain post paid customers - who either have intention to churn (voluntary) or who are suspended (involuntary) under collection purposes   - Predict churn based on usage indicators and take steps to reduce churn  - Hold customer engagement programs to obtain information on process gaps that are churn / satisfaction impacting.  - To ensure seamless on boarding processes for new customers  - To help understand gaps in system and process and hence drive changes .   - To obtain inter-department signoffs for process gaps   - To arrive at standardization and key indicators of productivity and focus of cost efficiencies   - To make predictive retention processes robust   - To ensure quality of retains is measurable   - Cost per transaction and the monitoring efficiency process wise   - Vendor SLAs and clawback monitoring   - Constantly monitor processes and activities and change / modify to reach targets   - Indicators that impact customer satisfaction to be monitored and drives changes – helps long term customer fencing  - Ensure team bonding and motivation   - R & R activities   - Identification for Promotion and job fit recommendations   - Ensure attrition at 1%   - Empowerment at work   - Foster mentoring and best practices sharing  Qualification: Management Graduate   - Telecom and front-line Customer service experience  - Leadership & People Management Skills  - Minimum 7-9 years of experience in relevant domain
