Should have worked on RCC environment/involved in setting up- preferably international space/strong experience on TA

Should have passion for recruitment - has had hands on recruiting experience in the past in different geographies,

Should be updated on social digital space and latest trends in the area

Should possess excellent communication and influencing skills
